My grandmother has complained they give her sleeping drugs on weekends to confine her to her room.

Did I mention the staff are rude and do NOT care??? And most importantly, my poor father was in extreme pain when I arrived as the staff didn't even care to give him his prescribed pain meds.

I remember once they asked her what she wanted and she said anything except for one meal that she did not like and guess what they brought her that meal.

It is sad that people have to reside in such smelly, unhealthy, uncaring environment.

They could not provide any documentation that we were notified prior to Friday (Why? Because they never called us!) People do not take your loved ones here.

The staff cant even put my sister on a bed pan till I got there and did it from 2pm till 11pm she asked several times and got nothing till her daughter got there and put her on.

"Do not send anybody here this is the worst place I\u2019ve ever heard of they withhold medicine and don\u2019t respond to the bells when patients ring them for up to an hour they let my mothers bathroom flood overnight and did not care to fix it till the next day also as soon as we asked to speak to her case manager they were suddenly on vacation for a week even though we were told she was there an hour before.
