Summercrest Senior Living operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments. The community has 36 independent and assisted living units and 16 memory care units. The Seasons, a dedicated memory care section, opened in 2008. Short-term respite stays are available across all care levels, subject to availability.
Independent and assisted living residents have private apartments with either full kitchens (one or two bedroom) or kitchenettes (studio). All units include walk-in showers with safety bars, individually controlled thermostats, cable television, and a personal response system. Common areas include a library, dining room, sunrooms, hair salon, activities room, and a living room with television and coffee bar. Assisted living residents receive three meals daily, up to 30 minutes per day of direct personal care, weekly housekeeping and laundry, scheduled local transportation, pharmacy delivery, and planned activities. A nurse is available for up to 30 minutes per month for consultations. The community handles building maintenance, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
The Seasons memory care section is designed for residents with memory loss. Residents receive three meals daily plus snacks, three hours per day of direct personal care, medication management, housekeeping, and laundry services. A registered nurse and health services director are on staff, with 24-hour caregiving available. The secured outdoor space is called the Paradise Garden. Amenities include spa bathing in a walk-in Jacuzzi tub and spacious common areas. All units have carpeting, mini-blinds, smoke detectors, and sprinkler systems; utilities including cable television are included.
