He has been neglected, allowed to develop painful rashes from failure to change his incontinence pads, failed to ensure that he got his meals and on one occasion did not have his prescribed, lifesaving medication on hand when he needed it, resulting in an unnecessary trip to the hospital.

"Atrium Village is fine for somebody who is a little more independent, but I think it might be difficult for somebody who needs more care, and would get a little too overwhelming for them.
