The Bellaire Senior Lodge

The Bellaire Senior Lodge is an independent and assisted living community in Spring on Cypresswood Drive. The property is locally owned and operated by its founders, who designed it based on their own vision for retirement living.

Independent living residents have access to 24-hour staff, three daily meals prepared on-site, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and transportation within a 10-mile radius. Suites include a 55-inch 4K television with 120 satellite channels, Netflix, and WiFi included in rent. Common areas have additional televisions and a movie projector. The community has a fitness center, and residents receive free memberships to LA Fitness with transportation provided; Silver Sneakers classes are covered by insurance or by the community if insurance does not pay. Laundry facilities, parking, and utilities are included. Weekly personal laundry service, salon services, guest meals, and guest suites are available for an additional fee.

The community organizes activities including card games, dominoes, art classes, fitness classes, and movie nights. Residents can participate in activities or use the facilities independently. The community adjusts activities and menus based on resident preferences.

Assisted living services are available through All Phase Assistance Care, a locally owned agency operating in the area for 25 years. Assisted living includes three meals daily, weekly housekeeping, utilities, television and entertainment services, WiFi, a coffee bar, and free laundry. Assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management, bathing, and dressing is available 24/7.
