"I gave 1 star because was requiere but I will give 0 if I can, I was trying to obtain medical records for one of their resident for her long term care insurance and Latoya\/the business office manager ( I don\u2019t know how she get that far) was veeeery disrespectful and helpless when I was trying to follow up with my client, if you can\u2019t get help to obtain r\u00e9cords I can imagine how the treat their resident.
