The after the 3 weeks they figured out the arms on the wheelchair were on backwards, this caused getting out of the chair and up onto the walker very difficult which they blamed on my Mom.

She was very curt in her responses, would not take two seconds to offer even a smile and after spending an hour visiting a dear friend who may not make it out of your facility alive I was greeted with the same rude curt behavior when mentioning the electronic sign in\/out.

Thirdly, the 2 staff members did not place a pad under my husband's bottom before cleaning his bottom.
