It was not until one of the staff sitting at the desk looked up and saw me standing in the hallway with my phone and decided to get up to come see what the man across the hall and my grandmother wanted, this was all in a matter of 10-12 minutes.

When we asked nursing home staff where our mother\u2019s body had been taken and where we could find her belongings, we were told they could not tell us.
