"I visited the new Cottage at Woodland Hills, the old building on 21st is no longer- they have moved to a beautifully remodeled building that is in south Tulsa at 77th and Memorial and the building is great! I was surprised by the size of the therapy gym- it has a full kitchen and bathroom! The staff was super friendly too and they just opened a skilled nursing unit and it is really nice! I highly recommend them!".
