The Cottages on Wesleyan is a retirement community with independent living cottages and assisted living options. Independent living cottages offer one or two bedrooms with full kitchens. Assisted living is available in the Main Cottage for residents who need help with daily activities.
The community also provides companion suites for couples when one or both residents require care. Monthly fees cover utilities (except landlines), landscaping, maintenance, alarm systems, and pest control. The community is gated and offers one-car garages.
A nurse is on staff with certified personnel available 24/7. Services include housekeeping, personal laundry, medication management, help with activities of daily living, and coordination of medical appointments. Residents have access to three meals daily served restaurant-style, a beauty salon and barber shop, exercise equipment, managed activities and social programs, a library, and a living room with fireplace.
The community is pet-friendly and accepts pets up to 20 pounds. Cottages include no-step entries, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and custom cabinetry.
