About The Esplanade At Palisades
The Esplanade at Palisades is an independent and assisted living community that also serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The community operates an on-site home health care agency licensed by New York State and employs full-time geriatricians, internists, podiatrists, a physiatrist, physical and occupational therapists, a licensed social worker, and a psychologist and psychiatrist. Residents in need of assistance with daily activities can access personal care, medication supervision, and escort services through the on-site agency.
The community offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with individual temperature control, emergency call systems, and private bathrooms. Three meals daily are served in the dining room, and a 20-seat bus with hydraulic lift provides transportation for group outings. Other services include 24-hour security and concierge, linen and housekeeping, a wellness center, library, beauty and barber services, a gift shop, and check cashing.
Religious services are available on-site. Short-term respite rooms are available for temporary stays. A private courtesy car is provided for off-site medical appointments.
The community accepts private pay and VA benefits; specific costs are available upon request.
