Also, they did have transportation services but you have to pay for its services.

I was privileged to see this in action several weeks ago when the frigid weather that\u2019s plagued the entire country this winter brought some damage in the middle of the night to the public areas of The Forum: the entire maintenance staff was called back in after they\u2019d made it to their own homes through some rather treacherous road conditions.

They have controlled access areas, preventing exit or entry unless a code is given to you.
