Everyone from housekeepers to sales, to the Director are wonderful.

"CARE RECEIVED NOT ACCEPTABLE! 1st dinner requested later did not happen 2nd NO CARE FOR ALMOST 5 HOURS even after request was made We were told patients were visited every 90 minutes during the day Again this did not happen overall VERY POOR CARE not at all professional no response to help signal so patient had to clean up himself and finally the on site doctor made a remark regarding the patient which is against HEPA law guide lines! I suggest the entire staff get additional training - We also noticed another patient being ignored.
