They have no knowledge of anything.

They have functions that they try to get all the residents involved in, and even let my little sister bring in her pet bunny rabbit to visit my grandmother.

She was taken to the hallway to sit in another chair, both chairs are upholestered and therefore never cleaned from the urine while we were there.
