There we r e fortuitously and clothes scattered around the room and often there would be 3 or 4 staff standing around the desk talking and eating while no one answered flashlights.

Since his stay he has fallen and laid there without assistance for an undisclosed amount of time, his bed has been covered in urine and and my 80+ grandmother has had to assist him to the restroom multiple times because no one every responds to her call button.
