The Inn at the Terraces of Chico is an assisted living facility located in the beautiful Sierra Sunrise Terrace of Chico, California. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to helping our residents maintain their full potential and honoring theirchoice, dignity, and privacy.Our team will create an Individual Life History to get to know each individual and create an Individual Service Plan tailored to their needs. Our 11-acre setting offers a park-like environment with easy access to Farmer’s Markets, cafes, museums, theaters and more. The Inn at the Terraces of Chico Our Assisted Living Program is focused on helping residents to maintain their full potential. Our team community members seek to foster resident independence, not dependence and are sensitive to respecting each resident’s individuality, option, dignity, and privacy. We also believe in getting to know our residents; together we create an Individual Life History to identify each individual’s passions, interests and preferences. At The Terraces, we seek to provide inspiring life experiences that lead to full and enriching lives. We believe that a purposeful life is a meaningful life. We create an Individual Service Plan that is tailored to each resident’s abilities to perform happenings of daily living. Services are available for those who require some help with routine activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, along with a menu of other offerings. Additional services are available, including escorting to meals and activities and laundry. What Makes Us Special Our park-like, eleven-acre setting is at Sierra Sunrise Village in Chico, California, just north of Sacramento along the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains.
