We stayed on top of them about it, but still it was not done until later, and even then, no one would take responsibility for letting this simple request take so long.

Socializing for the patients really needs improvement, and they said they had activities, but he never really experienced any of them.

No matter what we expect for the type of care we or our loved ones receive you have to put the human element into the equation before summing it up, and I can tell you from personal experience that The Laurels is a decent place to be.
