"the matresses are rotted thier made of foam and they and the plastic covers on them the the residents lay on daily need to be replaced immediately this needs to be looked at by the health department".

I had to request someone to come listen to his lungs with a stethoscope.

The mattresses I would not even let my fogs lay on, and the food is do bad you couldn't eat it.

Then they called APS adult protective services so I went to the hospital again cause their home health nurse came by and said my O2 was low so then APS sent me back here this is the worst care ever I put myself in bed no one come around a long time and I was running off of portable oxygen oxygen because of my health issue.
