They weren't short staffed but it took a little longer to get to a patient although I know they were all busy.

The staff is genuine caring and loving, attentive to your specific needs, the kitchen staff is friendly and make sure they serve you the foods you like to eat, administration and social worker very helpful, and housekeeping does an amazing job.
