Non-mobile residents need more equipment to assist them with bathing and bathroom use, hospital beds should be provided as residents need more assistance, cleaning is superficial, co-operation with Hospice and insurance companies needs a lot of work.

There were not as many activities as I thought there should have been, but they have entertainment, they go on trips outside, and there are games.

If the residents wanted to go shopping, they had a shuttle that would take them to the store.
