"Since new management has come in, The Victorian is definitely back on the right track! The rooms and building are clean and fresh, the staff is well-educated and friendly, and the whole environment is very home-like.

Unfortunately, some staff now are not good and should not be trusted with real caregiving and the situation is deteriorating as a result.
