It was so cold the staff kept apologizing and told me no one should be in that room due to how cold it is.

I did bring in a reading lamp from home, as the lighting was not task oriented.

I understand that people get what they pay for but it really shouldn't be so obviously lacking in every aspect, they get a hefty payment from medicare! Building has that old feeling and smell that nobody wants to send a loved one to and the entire ambience is a bit depressing.
