The Village at Northrise is a 16-acre community with independent living, assisted living with nursing support, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care. The Hallmark offers 60 independent living apartments in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Rent is month-to-month and covers utilities except phone service.
Each unit includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, and individual climate control. Morningside Senior Living provides assisted living with private rooms and nursing case management. Desert Willow I is a 31-bed short-term rehabilitation center, with plans to add a transitional care unit.
Desert Willow II specializes in memory support care. Common amenities across the community include an activity room, fitness room, dining room with restaurant-style options and in-room dining, salon and barber services, guest accommodations, on-site laundry, housekeeping, and pharmaceutical delivery service. The permanent patients that were there for Alzheimer's, you walked in there and it did stink, while on the temporary side where she was, it didn't stink.

I've talked to the local management on three occasions and their response is shallow with no follow up.
