Timber Creek Village of Lincoln opened in 2014 and operates 40 apartments—efficiencies, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom deluxe units—on a 6-acre campus adjacent to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Each apartment includes a kitchenette, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with walk-in closet, and private patio; square footage ranges from 500 to 860 square feet. The community is licensed for assisted living and provides three meals daily, housekeeping and laundry service weekly, 24-hour call response, and scheduled transportation to medical appointments.
Staff conduct a pre-admission assessment with each resident and family to determine care needs. Included amenities are fitness room, beauty and barber shop, coffee bar, theater, club room with fireplace and pool table, outdoor walking paths, and both public and private dining areas. All utilities—including telephone and expanded cable—are included in the monthly rental rate, as are daily activities, social outings, and quarterly wellness evaluations by a licensed nurse.
Personal services such as medication management, hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing, continence management, and mobility support are available based on individual need. The community is pet-friendly and family-owned.
