Personal Care Attendant (PCA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) Alzheimers/Dementia Care Respite Care Hospice Care Assistance with Dressing Assistance with Grooming Assistance with Feeding Assistance with Toileting Assistance with Bathing Assistance with all happenings of daily living Skilled and Nurse Visits are done by an RN or LPN Administration of Medication Monitoring of Vital Signs Skilled Nursing Services Initial Assessment Written Care Plan Home Safety Evaluation Nurse Visits Skilled Nurse Visits Supervisory Visits Homemaking Light Cleaning Vacuuming Dusting Meal Preparation Shopping Errands Laundry Meal Preparation Organizing Companionship Live-In (12 hour overnight or 24 hour shift) The caretaker provides all levels of personal, psychosocial and domestic care at a level favorable to each client. Individualized, client-centered training would be provided in accordance with the client's plan of care. Quality Assurance At TLC Home Care, our staff will visit the client's home while the caregiver is present. The purpose is to evaluate and assist with the changing needs of the client. TLC also assesses the client's satisfaction with our service. If changes or improvements are needed, we will immediately address those requests.
