Lakeside Village is a Life Plan Community (Continuing Care Retirement Community) on the shore of Lake Osborne in Palm Beach County, Florida. The community offers independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing on one campus.
Residents have access to three dining venues—casual, bistro-style, and fine dining with table service—plus a culinary team that prepares seasonal menus. The community includes a heated pool with lap swimming and aqua fitness classes, fitness equipment (treadmills, rowing machines, weight machines, free weights, NuStep cross trainers), a salon and spa, and gardened walkways. A 24-hour front desk manages check-ins, guest registration, and deliveries. Independent living residents receive scheduled housekeeping, scheduled maintenance and repairs, and transportation for shopping, appointments, and outings.
The community sits near local attractions including Lake Osborne (boating), Lake Worth Golf Club, the Benzaiten Center for the Creative Arts, and Palm Beach County shopping. Pets up to 35 pounds are allowed.
Lakeside Village operates on a Life Plan model. Residents pay a one-time entrance fee and monthly fees based on their chosen floor plan and pricing option. The entrance fee and monthly fees cover the apartment home, access to the continuum of care, maintenance, housekeeping, dining, transportation, and other services. Monthly fees for independent living do not increase if a resident transitions to assisted living or skilled nursing (aside from community-wide increases and costs for additional meals or ancillary services). Vi, the operator, has managed residential communities for older adults since 1987 and operates 10 Life Plan Communities across the United States.
