About Vi At Silverstone
Vi at Silverstone is a Life Plan Community (Continuing Care Retirement Community) in north Scottsdale, part of a 165-acre master-planned development. The community offers independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing on one campus, so residents can age in place without relocating. Independent living residents have access to three dining venues (casual, bistro, and fine dining), a 24-hour front desk, scheduled transportation for shopping and appointments, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and maintenance of their homes.
Recreation and wellness amenities include a heated indoor pool, outdoor saltwater pool with lap swimming and aqua fitness classes, a fitness center with TechnoGym equipment and instructor-led classes (Tai Chi, Zumba, weight training), a movie theater, card rooms, bar, spa and salon, and a fully enclosed dog park for pets up to 35 pounds. The community employs nursing staff, a registered nurse available Monday through Friday for health consultations, chefs, and housekeeping. Valet parking is available, and Phoenix-area attractions including the Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Art Museum, Phoenix Zoo, and nearby championship golf courses are within reach.
Vi at Silverstone operates on a Life Plan model with an entrance fee (one-time, based on floor plan and return option) and monthly fees covering apartment, housekeeping, dining, transportation, maintenance, and access to the continuum of care. Monthly fees for independent living residents do not increase if residents move to assisted living or skilled nursing, aside from community-wide increases and costs for additional meals or services. Vi has operated senior residential communities since 1987 and currently manages 10 Life Plan Communities across the United States.
