"This place is dirty, smelly, unsupervised residents, outdated equipment.

The food seems to be mediocre; I've seen worst.

They don't take them outside they just sit in the building all day oh by the ways it's 4 floors one elevator!!! I even thought about calling Fox 2 problem solvers because I feel so bad for the workers and residents they work them people like slaves and they can only do so much.

"This facility is not a place that you would want your family member to live! Especially since is has become \"VILLA at PARKRIDGE\"!!! The quality of care and food is very poor! They are only about the money, not the residents! The staffing is not sufficient for proper care of residents! I would only give them 1\/2 star and that is because there are still a few (very few, due to them getting rid of so many staff when they took over) good staff members! Currently looking for another facility!".

At other times while he was a resident there I went downstairs and complained about urine in the hall ways, mold on the air conditioning unit and his lost clothes.
