Who provides professional assessments, ongoing support and coordination of care with in-home care providers, other medical professionals, and family residents. AngelVisits: Regularly scheduled in-home and telephone wellness checks and medication reminders. Services: Medication Set-up Assistance and reminders Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care) Mobility and ambulation (Range of motion fitness/walking) Transportation to and from appointments Companionship/conversation Meal preparation Light house keeping (Laundry, Pet Care, changing linens and bed making) Respite care and relief for family. Visiting Angels caregivers must pass an in-depth screening process, including the most comprehensive criminal and sex offender background checks in the industry. And, in order to assure the best fit, our clients have the opportunity to select their caregiver from our experienced staff. All caregivers are supervised by an RN who develops an individual care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each care recipient.
