They also had a restaurant style varied menu for their residents and their residents are always being served refreshments and are always socializing and interacting with one another and are so very happy to live there and I don't blame them not one least bit.

I understand the risk for falls and their catastrophic results, but I feel as though residents' privacy could be better protected.

We asked for a refund only a couple of weeks later and to date we have not received a refund.
