Founded in 2000, WillowBrook is a privately-owned and operated assisted living community located in Lake City, Florida. WillowBrook provides the highest quality of care for our members while upholding their independence and integrity. Our trained, compassionate, and dedicated staff create a secure, healthy, and loving home space for each resident while combining the privacy of living in one’s own home. Each resident can feel safe knowing that a dedicated healthcare team is nearby 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our basic rates are all-inclusive of our services, amenities and community features. Cuisine - Life Is Good Here when dining at WillowBrook. Our dietary team prepares healthy and hearty comfort food that nourishes our residents and helps them feel at home. We have three sizeable dining rooms, all with great views of the campus, pond, and wildlife. Residents can enjoy dinner in our main dining room, the Montgomery located in the original building, the smaller dining room, DeSoto located in our second building addition, or our Santa Fe dining room which is located in our newest expansion. All dining rooms offer the same great menus of fine food carefully prepared to exacting standards. We look forward to welcoming you to your new home!
