The rooms are dismal tvs dont work or no controllers Lots of ,clothing missing as was electric toothbrush and other personal items ,No dresser, and beds: the mattress is so thin its almost cot like Food is barely edible at times Sometimes it is okay.

"CNAS took blanket off my bed to clean roommates BM up off the floor they sat on my bed as they clean BM off roommate cleaned BM off sink with a washcloth cleaned toilet seat with TP CNA ask me to give her report about room mate did not give meds on time took 20 to 30 min to answer call lights There was no activities for the residents to enjoy Had to beg for TP and paper towels no hot water for shower food was pig slop".

She was disrespectful to me as well.

They also did not have any supplies - no paper towels, no wipes, no bed mats, had to wait a couple of days for a wheelchair, etc.
