"The aides are clearly understaffed it repeatedly took more than 15 minutes to answer the call button, it is always about 90 degrees in the hallways and freezing in the rooms hasn't been remodeled for 37 years so yeah, it's old and i would not recommend putting my worst enemy there.

I will be honest and say staff assistance is usually a problem they seem to be never available.

Not enough staff, can't get meds in a reasonable amount of time, patients requiring help are out of luck.
