Woodland Heights

Woodland Heights is an assisted living community offering four levels of care. A registered nurse directs health services and monitors residents for changing needs, adjusting care plans accordingly. The community charges by service level rather than individual services, with a "Plus Service" option available if a resident needs additional support without moving to a higher care tier. Costs remain fixed until the next service plan review.

Amenities include three meals daily, private dining space, 24-hour emergency call system, individual climate control, wellness programs, recreational activities, a library, billiards, beauty and barber services (fee-based), transportation to medical appointments (with restrictions), a scenic walking path, weekly housekeeping and laundry, and self-service laundry facilities. Internet, cable, telephone, and Wi-Fi are available. The community is wheelchair accessible and operates a 14-passenger bus for outings and excursions.

Spiritual services include weekly Catholic Communion and monthly Protestant Communion. Bible study meets weekly. A full-time Life Enrichment Director coordinates activities and one-on-one engagement. Pets are welcome. Raised gardening beds are available for residents. The community is pet-friendly and offers on-site hospice services for residents with a physician's order.
