"I repeat I mean I repeat do not put your loved ones in this nursing home it is the worst nursing home I have ever been to the night shift is horrible they never have enough people to work when they call the Don the Adon the scheduler they do not answer the phone a few nurses got attitudes smart mouth the evening shift leave their bed soaked and wet I seen it with my own eyes even if you reported they still don't do anything I can't believe the state of Texas they should be ashamed of their self's that's why Texas is ranked number one in the worst nursing homes".

I would come in after breakfast and find him OFTEN in this situation, unfed and no call light.

Every time my father would push the button they would take 45 minutes or longer for someone to come to attend to him.
