This place is truly a nightmare and I would not put my worst enemy in this place.

"This is the cleanest facilty I have ever seen.

There was another (much worse) incident that occurred, and although we live 5 minutes away they refused to call and inform us that our family member was in trouble.

They gave him exercises and physical therapy everyday because they were trying to help him walk again.
