Assisting Hands - Essex, South Morris and Passaic Counties Assisting Hands is proud to be an approved provider in the State of NJ , Department of Human Services for the DDD, Division of Developmental Disabilities. We provide offerings to individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebal Palsey, Down's Syndrome, Hearing Loss, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability, Vision Impairment and other developmental delays. All care is under the direct supervision of our Director of Nursing who will assess each client and develop a very specific Plan of Care to properly support the individual.
