com Blueberry Hill Manor is a state-of-the-art licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Valley Center, North San Diego. It has 8 private resident rooms in a 2-acre yard-like lot. It is a quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly, healthy and home-like environment where elderly people can experience a comfortable life.

Services include: Accepting non-ambulatory and ambulatory clients. 24-hour live-in staff. Assistance with scheduling doctor and dental appointments.

Individual care plans. Medication management. Supervision and assistance with personal care such as bathing dressing, and personal needs.

Nutritional home-cooked meals made fresh everyday. Healthy snacks provided throughout the day. Provisions for special diets, including low salt, diabetic, renal and others.

Housekeeping and laundry services. Planned activity programs such as games, tours and recreational activities appropriate to the interests and capability of our residents. Open visiting hours.

Our range of medical equipment and range of mobility solutions include: 100% American Disability Act compliant. Extra-wide doors throughout the entire house. Grab bars conveniently placed around bathrooms and shower areas.

Entirely wheelchair and walker accessible. 24-hour caregiver call button in all bathrooms and bedrooms. Fully automated sprinkler system.

8 dedicated private rooms for our residents with 3 bathrooms. Wheelchair-accessible gardens around the property. Internet /Phone/TV outlets installed throughout the house.
