Elmcroft of Halls is an assisted living and memory care community in northern Knox County, about a quarter mile north of Halls Crossroads. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day with trained healthcare personnel and a licensed Health Care Director on call. Each apartment includes meals, basic utilities, emergency call systems, and access to a full range of daily activities—card games, exercise classes, outings, and social events.
Residents can choose as much or as little assistance as they need. The community offers a private dining room, library, bistro, billiard room, and beauty and barber services (nominal fee). Scheduled van transportation is available for outings.
Memory care residents participate in the Chronicles program, which emphasizes relationship-centered care based on individual life history and interests. All exterior doors can be locked, and the building has a full sprinkler system.
