  My mom is in a three bedroom, she is unable to use her hands at this time, because they are both fractured, the aid brought in her dinner tray took off the top and left the room, knowing she is a feeder, then when I approached the admitting nurse about sending my mom's inquiry to another facility because my mom had requested, she got defensive and asked why we wanted her transferred from there, that they are a five star facility and she was in a great room, with a great team to care for her, she then stated has lots of work to do and was not her job to send inquiries, I then offered to take the paperwork myself to the facility, she then assured me would take care of it right away, next day she still had not sent the inquiry, I contacted the social services liaison, to request to have her sent the inquiry, she had an attitude stated this is the first time she heard about it, and that she will still need to speak to my mother to confirm she wants to be moved, she did not even mention \"I will call you back with outcome or anything\", this place is definitely not a five star as far as I know.
