So I mean if I had to give somebody a five, I would probably give them a five and everybody else a four just to give them something better.

The Center has a system to ensure a timely staff responses to patient calls and it seems to work.

They should not be able to turn off those call lights until they actually help the resident with whatever reason they initially called for.

Mom was in quite a bit of pain, and the worker said she did not ask for pain meds \u2013 for crying out loud, she is not very vocal with her dementia, and a real skilled nurse would have been able to determine her level of pain despite dementia.
