About
Griswold Home Care Fairfield County: Generations of Care Griswold Home Care is the most experienced non-medical home care franchise in the United States. Founded in 1982 by Jean Griswold, a caretaker who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis, Jean understood the importance of providing holistic support services that enable the dignity and joy of living in the place one loves to call home. Continuing Griswold’s legacy, Cathy Howard and her mom, Frances Malaforte, introduced Griswold Home Care to Fairfield County in 1991 as an outgrowth of their need to find quality care for Cathy’s grandfather. A hospice volunteer, board member of the Stratford Visiting Nurse Association for many years and current board member of the Jean Griswold Foundation, for Cathy, eldercare is a passion. Having grown up in the business, its not surprising that her two daughters, Kelly Coy and Jessica Howard, also share this strong commitment to helping the elderly live with dignity in the place they love to call home as they lead operations for the Fairfield County. Only Griswold Care is Delivered with H.E.A.R.T.™ At Griswold Homecare of Fairfield County, our holistic approach to care comes to life with an affordable and customized care plan that addresses the body, mind and spirit of your loved while easing family stress.
