The agency employs caregivers directly (not contractors) and requires background checks, drug screening, and credential verification for all staff members. New hires complete in-house training covering basic care, dementia and Alzheimer's care, post-orthopedic and cardiac recovery, stroke care, diabetes management, and care for people with spinal cord injuries. Nurses and certified nursing assistants must pass written and skills assessments before working with clients.
Each client is assigned a nurse care manager at no additional cost to oversee their care plan and coordinate with their assigned caregiver; this nurse makes unannounced visits to check on both client and caregiver. The agency offers personal care, companion care, homemaking, medication setup, wellness checks, and specialized services including geriatric, Alzheimer's, maternal and infant, cardiac, post-surgical and wound care, pediatric, diabetic, intravenous therapy, and hospice. Pricing is straightforward and not tiered.
Caregivers are available 24 hours a day and can be placed in assisted living facilities. An RN is on staff.

The nursing care was very good, and the aide was particularly helpful, both in terms of caring for our mom, as well as giving insight into her daily needs, her living situation as well as the logistics of taking care of her.
