Homewell Senior Care - North Bay The North Bay’s most trusted provider of compassionate care for seniors. It all starts with a prompt, complimentary needs assessment. Just call us, and we will come to you. HomeWell of North Bay HomeWell’s mission is to provide live-in and hourly personal care, companionship and homemaker services for seniors so they may remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our family of franchisees and staff are committed to delivering high quality care with compassion and respect. Each act enhances the lives of seniors in their homes, allowing them to retain a amount of independence. HomeWell understands the complexities of the aging process and is receptive to the emotional and physical demands placed on both our clients and Personal Assistants. For many seniors, we realize receiving “care” can seem embarrassing and can erode self-dignity. That’s why we call our caregivers “Personal Assistants.” We are there to assist with daily happenings. HomeWell Personal Assistants excel in customized care situations. Our clients are placed in the care of Personal Assistants trained for their specific needs. Whether your loved one needs a home-cooked meal or more personal care, our Personal Assistants can be trusted to look after them as though they were part of the family. All Personal Assistants are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have excellent references and undergo competency testing. Because you care, HomeWell also conducts client service training and safety trainings for all our employees. Owners Carolyn Tucker, Leslie Reese, Sheri Reese and Kelly Clark HomeWell Senior Care in the North Bay area of Northern California is owned and operated by a team of compassionate, professional women and long-time friends who share a common vision for what quality service is and should be for our nation’s elders. Together, they apply decades of corporation experience directly to their goal of helping seniors maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Care Manager and owner, Carolyn Tucker, has a deep personal understanding of the importance of quality caregiving for seniors. While working full time and rearing her family, Carolyn also cared for her mother who lived with her during her final years. She feels her mother’s spirit continuing to guide her as she now offers assistance and respite to other families caring for their loved ones. Executive Director and owner, Leslie Reese, has 20 years of leadership and management experience in healthcare and a passion for pursuing excellence in healthcare quality and coordination for our seniors. She and her sister, Sheri Reese, also a fellow owner, were extremely close to their grandmother and part of a decades-long family effort to keep her happy and healthy in her home. Accounting Manager and owner, Kelly Clark, has a diverse background which includes 25 years of operations, accounting and small corporation management. Kelly is also a mother and a homemaker. She knew at a young age that, regardless of industry, her focus in corporation would always include helping others. When the opportunity to join the HomeWell team presented itself, she was thrilled at the opportunity to help seniors maintain their treasured at-home lifestyle. Together, with their staff of skilled and dedicated caregivers, they work seamlessly to make a positive difference in the lives of every customer they serve. Because you care, HomeWell is there.
