"this is the worst nursing facility I have been to ,I went to visit and there were wheel chair parts laying in the middle of the floor even though I complained they stayed in the floor all day that day ,the floors are nasty the rooms are nasty ,nobody seems to know very much about the patient ,this person is in the rehab part ,you cant order your own meals so for thanksgiving he got a sandwhich ,this person is there to rehab his leg to walk and not on a special diet ,this person ask for a soda they said it will be a dollor fifty ,well after a car accident you dont have your wallet with you so there for this person had to just wait until they brought something to eat on his tray and drink whatever they give you ,the restrooms are dirty ,this person had no remote for his tv for a week ,the phone in the room didnt work for several days i could go on and on but this is not a place you want to take your family to short or long term care ,I want to get this person out of there asap there should be better care for these people and should be in a clean safe enviroment I rate this as a zero in my book".
