The residents were sitting and watching TV and they weren\u2019t very alert to their surroundings.

Then was unsure how to get relative up and to the restroom.

When I asked about that, I was told knee surgery was much more complex and required more time to heal than open heart surgery (that makes no sense to me).

Now she is back in Morning View and the care is no better.
