They were in the process of redoing the whole facility, and I had been in it before and liked it much better than what I saw them doing, but they were modernizing.

The thing that was really knocked them out of the running, so the speak, was the fact that they are going to be doing additional remodeling, and one of my parents would not have been happy at all staying in a place where there was any construction going on.
