Hallway smells, not taken down for meals left to sleep all night in wet pull ups left setting in wheelchair all day when legs needed to be elevated,very ruff handling of patients causing skin tears that are not tended too staff lies like crazy night nurse incompetent!!".

Preston's activities were all inside, so they were very limited.
