Operated by HumanGood, a nonprofit serving older adults since 1949, it houses 189 residents across independent living apartments, assisted living units, and skilled nursing care. Residents choose from one- and two-bedroom floor plans, many with full kitchens, private bathrooms, patios, or in-unit laundry. Common areas include a fitness center, indoor pool, and dedicated spaces for activities like ceramics and woodworking. On-site services span 24-hour nursing, medication management, help with bathing and dressing, rehabilitation therapy, and hospice care.
A geriatric physician, dentist, podiatrist, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists hold regular clinic hours. The community arranges transportation to medical appointments and local errands, provides housekeeping and laundry service, and accommodates special diets including diabetic, low-sodium, gluten-free, and renal meals. Activities include exercise classes, tai chi, bridge clubs, aquatics, live entertainment, and trips.
Staff speak Spanish in addition to English. Pets are allowed. Emergency services are less than two miles away; shopping and recreation are within one mile. Minimum age is 60.
