Splendor Valley is an Assisted Living community located in Rockwell Springs Court Escondido, CA. It is operated by two full-time administrators who live on-site: Dr. Marisa, a registered pharmacist, and Mark, the co-administrator. Splendor Valley features a newly renovated and comfortable setting, offering 24/7 supervision to seniors. This includes personalized care plans, regular customized wellness checks, personal care services, housekeeping, transportation, and planned activities and festivities - all tailored to the residents' individual needs. Splendor Valley is licensed for ambulatory, non-ambulatory and bedridden residents, as well as hospice residents - providing an inclusive environment where seniors can age in place. Splendor Valley Spendor Valley is a community that is operated by two full-time administrators who live on-site. Marisa, our full-time administrator, and caregiver is a registered pharmacist by profession, while Mark is a full-time co-administrator. Our community features a newly renovated, comfortably elegant atmosphere. We offer personalized service and supervision to seniors who prefer a home-like family setting 24 hours a day, three home-cooked meals, snacks, and beverages; special diets as prescribed. We offer personalized care plans and regular customized wellness checks including blood pressure screening, temperature, and oxygen saturation measurements. Personal care offerings, including bathing, dressing and grooming, housekeeping and laundry and coordination of medical care with primary physician, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals. We have wellness visits by a nurse and scheduling of transportation to physician appointments and scheduled happenings. Regular communication and assessments with community members, family, and physician and medication management, assistance and monitoring by a pharmacist. Coordination with immediate family regarding changes in physical and mental condition. Planned activities including music, karaoke, games, fitness, arts and crafts, and special events. Special occasion recognition such as birthdays and holidays. We are licensed for ambulatory, non-ambulatory, six bedridden community members, and six hospice residents and therefore we are able to offer an space where seniors can age in location.
