The Enclave of Franklin is an assisted living and memory care community in a wooded setting. Residents live in private apartments and can access chef-prepared meals, social activities, and on-site transportation. Staff are available 24/7.
Assisted Living residents receive help with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication management, along with assistance getting to meals and activities. Housekeeping and linen service are provided weekly.
Memory Care is for residents with cognitive decline. The community offers 24-hour nursing support, secured doors and monitored grounds, assistance with personal care and medications, and activities tailored to individual interests. Staff receive training in dementia care. Monthly care plans are reviewed by the director of health services and adjusted as needed.
Both services include three daily meals planned by a registered dietician, recreational programming, and opportunities for physical, intellectual, social and spiritual engagement.
